How will you know if all your efforts to promote citizenship in your community work? How will you determine if citizenship does, in fact, improve because of this program? Unfortunately, there is no easy answer, but we think that measuring attitudes about citizenship can help determine the efficacy of this program.

These short pre- and post- questionnaires may be used prior to and after any activity or event that is integral to your community citizenship efforts. For example, your Citizenship Team may elect to distribute this evaluation tool prior to and after the Citizenship Summit, which is detailed on this Website. Regardless of when this evaluation form is used, be sure to carefully note the comments acquired so that you can make adaptations to your plans.
